You'll love the serenity and charm of this lake home on Clearwater Lake. Our largest lake at 3,200 acres - Clearwater offers the vacationer every recreational option - excellent fishing, enough lakeshore for a day-long pontoon ride, skiing or just relaxing in the sun on the sand beach. With this rental, you have access to dock, paddle boat and fishing boat (without motor.)

The 90 ft of sandy shore will provide you and the kids hours of fun plus an incredible southern view of the lake. You can sit on the expansive deck for hours of relaxation, or enjoy the evening breeze by the fire pit. This two bedroom home is meticulously maintained. The main floor has a walk-out living room (to large deck), bedrooms and kitchen. Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed in each BR, 2 fold-out queen sofa's and a single day-bed with fold out trundle.

The basement has a large family room with fireplace, and walkout to a patio. Amenities include a remodeled kitchen with double oven and dishwasher, 4 TV's (one with VCR & DVD), and central-air . (Note there is no washer / dryer.)

This lake home has close proximity to our 2 supper clubs, sports bar and bait/boat rental shop - and only miles from the town of Annandale. This lake also has access to other lakes via the Clearwater River channel - so enjoy a day of exploring Grass, Otter and Lake Augusta.
