At 3,200 acres - Clearwater is our largest lake and offers the vacationer every recreational option - excellent fishing, an endless pontoon ride to take in a great sunset, skiing or just relaxing in the sun.

The family will enjoy relaxing together on the large wrap-around deck facing the lake when not on the water. This three-bedroom home is meticulously maintained. The main floor has a walk-out living room (to large, wrap-around deck), 2 bedrooms and kitchen. Up the stairs is the master suite - complete with master bath and private deck off the bedroom. Sleeping accommodations include a King bed in the master, 2 Queens, and a futon in the loft.

This lake home provides you all the modern conveniences - spacious family room with stone (gas) fireplace, large open game room on the ground floor, dishwasher, central A/C, washer/dryer, TV with VCR & DVD, stereo and much more. You'll appreciate the large private lot, which backs up to a nature preserve.

This lake home has close proximity to 2 restaurants and bait/boat & pontoon rental shop - and only miles from the town of Annandale. This lake also has access via river channels to other lakes - so enjoy a relaxing day exploring other lakes in the chain - Grass, Otter and Lake Augusta, each with its own special features.
