At 1,000 acres, great fishing and very good clarity - Sugar Lake is one of our most popular lakes. This cozy cabin offers scenic grounds and some good privacy for your family vacation. The town of Annandale is nearby and has enough shops and services to meet your needs - from antiques & gift shops, golf courses, weekly flea markets, bait and tackle shops, grocery stores, restaurants, Sunday "concerts in the park", churches and more.

Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in bedroom #1, and a full bed plus twin bunk beds in bedroom #2. It has a modern kitchen including microwave, refrigerator range & dishwasher. There is comfy 3-season porch and patio for group gatherings - both with great views of the lake. Other amenities include central air and TV with Dish and DVD player.

You have 75 feet of quiet shoreline on this property. The lot is level with a very gradual slope down to the lake. The shoreline is landscape rock which extends a few feet into the water - but there is great swimming (with hard sand bottom) from the dock. The lake offers great fishing with all species of game fish - and it is our only lake that is stocked with Tiger Muskies.

This home accommodates 5 comfortably, and 6 if one of the kids sleeps on the couch in the 3-season porch. Facing west, you can expect some incredible sunsets over Sugar Lake!
