Refundable Damage Deposit & Rental Payment are due in advance on all rentals. 6.5% sales tax applicable on all rental periods less than 30 days. Some rentals have a premium added for the period around July 4th - these are noted with an * following the rental name (below). Well behaved pets are allowed at some cabins - confirm with us in advance if you desire to bring a pet.
